Ordered a turkey hoagie with ONLY lettuce hot peppers, mayo and then oil and vinegar on the side. My hoagie came baked with cheese (didn't request that) and no hot peppers or oil and vinegar. I called to complain and was told that it was my fault because I didn't specifically ask for it to not be baked. The guy was rude and took no blame. WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE! read more.
