What User doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
I only gave them a 2 star because the wine and the water was good. Service was terrible, each order was incorrect (yes, the waiter corrected it), I got my tables own silverware (waiter nowhere to be found), had to flag him down for refills, and the way the food was prepared was unacceptable (slimy chicken). Brought to managers attention and manager stated this has been an ongoing complaint! I guess no consequences...... read more.
