It took 25-30 minutes from ordering my drink in the store to receiving it. That was a bit excessive. They only had one person making the drinks and there were at least 10 people waiting on their orders. If they had enough employees making drinks on the Sunday afternoon while I was there, it would have been a 5-star rating. View all feedback.

I got a hot chocolate cause online it says it’s apart of the holiday drinks. Got up to the window and the lady tells me no it’s not apart of the deal. It does say on the Starbucks app that it’s included. And they only have it SEASONAL meaning it only comes around Christmas time. I am very DISAPPOINTED on the staff for not warning me when I ordered it that it “ wasn’t apart of the deal”. View all feedback.
