Do not get your expectations too high. This is the epitome of fast food, after all. You'll find the quality of this location is on par with any other McDonald's in the country. A word of advice though, if you go through the drive thru...CHECK YOUR ORDER before leaving the lot.... In their defense, the staff inside is always happy to make it right. View all feedback.
Great little McDonald's. Friendly service, very clean dining area. Connected to a nice convenience store/gas station. Good stop in a nice area.
Used the drive through for breakfast with the kids. Had to wait maybe 5 minutes for fresh hashbrowns. Food was as expected.
Terrible service! But seems to be a common theme in willard??
What happened to the sugar. My coffee taste like it's got fat free sugar in it. Yucky
Almost always I have to pull up,park and wait when going thru the drive thru. Tonight I had to park because their tea was not ready,they said just 2 minutes. Almost 10 minutes later they brought my food,but no drinks. I had to go in to get them. Zero customer service at Willard franchise.
