"Food is always nasty, I'm never going back. Rude employees. Service is super slow if you go in. Drive thru is clearly the focus instead of customer service. The atmosphere is awful because so many people are so frustrated with waiting for their food. Prices go up, good quality keeps getting worse. Tim Hortons should be ashamed. Honestly. Where's the quality in anything??"
