We were skeptical that this tiny casino in northern Michigan would be a to satiate our desire for a delicious dinner, but this place did not disappoint! The menu was thorough yet not overwhelming; the bleu cheese dressing on my salad was unique and scrumptious; the prime rib was spot-on and the baked potato cooked perfectly! You’re obviously dining in a casino so the ambience is a little loud, and we weren’t crazy ab... View all feedback.
What Hanna Pritchard doesn't like about Bourbons 72:
The service was very slow even for a Friday night. We had a party of 10 and there was not a single thing that was smooth. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad, and they charged 5 extra dollars to ha e it blackened!? That seems very excessive for some seasoning. Working in the service industry and seeing this type of service was embarrassing. Service: Dine in View all feedback.
When I was here a year or so, it was good, then enjoyed it thoroughly. this time. that was on average. asian kabobs, a bit blanding and overcooked; crabcakes, uh, just okay and would be better with a remoulade or aioli (if they don't forget it on us) and they were very small; calamari, chew and they should be with a spoon or something like the sauce on the floor, but I can over that. it was just too chewing; friky the other, that, the atmosphere was quite boring. a lot of space, but no energy, nothing at the walls, nothing at any surface, so that they might go for a clean aesthetic, but seemed a bit empty feeling because of him. no mood. in any case, good services looked and at least eat pretty. overall, however, was a bit average.
I had our jubilee dinner here. it is located in the casino so make sure that it? that I am aware. the food was great! husband had the wagyu steak and it was delicious! the service was fast and friendly!
Beautiful atmosphere, good costume services, delicious calamari and the cook soup was expectedacular, I order bison and my man king **** legs the bison was perfect we love it, crab was ok, I my $127 only for legs and no side? but we enjoyed our date, I really recommend the calamari and the bison.
This place has excellent service! our server was very friendly and reconsidered by the milk allergies of my wife. it is definitiw overpriced, like most restaurants today. they should lower their prices by 15-18% and increase the portion sizes. all this place is a 3.6 out of 5.
Went here for our 15yr anniversary. Service was excellent, however the prices on the bill didn?t match the prices on the menu. I was charged $3 extra for my bourbon (menu said $12 but was charged $15) and the menu said ?add a salad for $5 but was charged $6. The steak was great and my wife?s tortellini was great but we think we got food poisoning from the salad, we both threw up 2hrs after eating. No matter how good a place is I never go back if I get sick the 1st time! This ruined our romantic 15yr anniversary, and with the weak pours of whisky (soooo small) I?ll never go back
