What User likes about La Tolteca:
the menu has a dedicated vegetarian section, and most vegetarian options can be made easily vegan by asking for no cheese and/or acid cream. the food was good, the dishes we ordered (vegetarian burrito, fajitas and taco salat) were all similar in ingredients (beans, rice, vegetables) and were mostly different in construction; they were very good! great service, super clean restaurant with a very extensive vegetarian menu. so we were happy.
they had a seperate cape in the menu for vegetarian option and many of them could be made vegan by leaving cheese
