"It might have been a good sandwich had the Employee running her mouth with her friends had waited on me. Three Employees behind the counter just standing around. I left and will never be back. "Decent quality. The food was a fair portion for the price. Easy to call in orders and they are usually ready in less than 15 mins even for large orders. Sushi is a good healthy portion for a fair price and the lunch special includes miso soup or salad."

"I had a lovely lunch at the Desert Rose Cafe. Enjoyed the Boatsman Bean Soup and a half of their Bicycler's Best Sandwich. I learned that the bean soup has a long history that is connected to people who transported goods along the C&O Canal. This place is very friendly to cyclists."
