The food at this restaurant is delicious, but unfortunately we were unable to dine there today. We were unable to place a group order for our office, with each person paying separately over the phone. Because of this inconvenience, we decided to take our business elsewhere. We have never had this issue before, so hopefully they will reevaluate their policy for the future. It was disappointing that we couldn't even pl... View all feedback.

On our first visit to this restaurant, we were disappointed that we did not realize masks were required. However, we ordered the Thai Orchids, Chicken Pillows Thai, and Tofu/Veg Pad Kee Mao. The dishes were the highlight of the meal, not the cups. I ordered the Pad Kee Mao at a spice level of 5 and it was delicious. Normally, dishes are not spicy enough for me, but this dish at level 5 was perfect. My fiancée enjoyed... View all feedback.
I visited Thailand earlier this year and Thai Orchid is as close as it gets to authentic Thai cuisine! I definitely recommend ordering a pot of ginger tea to start and the sticky rice with custard for dessert. Also, this restaurant doesn’t mess around with the heat one of the few places that actually serves spicy food! Pro tip: ask for the spicy tray and they’ll bring out three different options to add additional heat to your meal. Service is always phenomenal. You can tell that the staff is working extremely hard and genuinely cares about providing a great experience. Highly recommend! Best Thai food in Western New York!
I have heard a few mixed reviews about this place, but my wife wanted to try it so here I go with my take on Thai Orchid Cafe. The restaurant is very neat and fresh looking. Its a small place but still a comfortable size that your not sitting on top of each other. the food was just ok to me, but my wife loved it. we had the spicy steak skewers, i thought that was good. it came with some very good dipping sauces. The one dish we both didnt like at all, was the fish cakes. I do not understand what part was fish. all we tasted was rubbery half dollar coin sized disc. the last dish we had was the Pad see ew, this is my favorite dish, but not from this place. the sauce was a bit to strong and the dish seriously was short on noodles. would i come back, maybe if the wife ask to come. As of 4/23/18 I have come back for their lunch special. I strongly encourage you to do the same. For $7.95 you can't go wrong.
Incredible food. The price was really reasonable. Great hospitality. Definitely come back when I’m in buffalo again next time.
It’s AWESOME! one of finest Thai restaurants I ever been. That being said... the last time when we come back, the Pad See Ew became a little bit too sweet. It would be great if you can do something to it.
The owner is super nice and is always very thankful for his customers. The food is always perfect and never disappoints!
