What User doesn't like about Meg-a-latte Coffee House (the Loft):
Can't quite understand why there are so many locations of consistently not good coffee. It's almost as if you've hired only employees who hate the taste of coffee. It's usually either burnt, overly sweetened, or half full of cream when only a splash isasked for. Also, slow is an understatement.
