What James Johnson doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
My son and I picked up dinner. There were 4-5 employees working but no one was in the restaurant. We were not greeted when we arrived. One of the employees took our order and immediately went back to what she was doing. Our sandwiches were made very quickly. My son appreciated one of the employees holding the door for him and complemented his shirt. The sandwiches were delicious. View all feedback.
