So refreshing to get beautiful customer service. The store is clean and the employees AMAZING!! Greeted professional and once you get to the window just as friendly. What Alternate C doesn't like about Dunkin':
Awful. Had to repeat order three times at the intercom and twice at the window. Diet Pepsi, grilled cheese, cold hash browns, and 6 chocolate glazed donuts holes. Which were supposed to come in a box. What I got were two chocolate glazed donuts holes and three glazed ones. I guess they don't know what chocolate is or how to count to six.
