GM Terri worked the front counter and was extremely impressive. Hugely sold to a guilt under the hard circumstance of the new (and wildly popular) Wagyu beef burger. She explained the situation to every customer without frustration and went out of her way to take care of any alternative order. In addition, the store is very clean and comfortable.
