I picked up breakfast at the drive-thru before 8:00 on a Tuesday. The food came out quick, was fresh and hot. The large hash browns for which I used a coupon was filled to the top. The coffee was fresh and hot. I received napkins, a sauce packet for my burrito, cream and sugar for my coffee and a stir stick. I received service with a smile. Normally would give this BK high rating as it was my favorite. Last visit I had 2 20s in my wallet. Ordered a Whopper with bacon came up to 6.99.Gave the guy a 20 and he gives me 3.00 back and a receipt already printed before I got to the window. I disputed. He tells me have a nice day sir.
