This past Friday evening Moro had just servers and one chef on duty. They continuously turned away walkin business not because they were busy the place was nearly empty but because they were short staffed. No red wines!? Large wine cabinets were empty. Shortribs (signature dish) was unavailable at 6pm. Dessert menu full of substitutions.
