The Melting Pot - Wilmington

Everything was spectacular from this service that Zon provided to the food. THe timing is always impeccable and we're never left hungry. We enjoy coming here for special occasions and we always enjoy having our favorite server Zon who takes great care of us

Its been a while but we thought we would give this restaurant another try. Regrettable decision. The server was super nice but very incapable. Maybe because she had too many tables, maybe because of lack of experience. Drinks took forever and when they came, my wife was not provided a wine glass. She would check with the bar right away. She would get the wine glass right away. She never delivered. For example, I had to get up and go to the bar and politely and oddly ask for a wine glass. The food is also underwhelming and over priced. All things considered, we did have a good time as we are relatively laid back. The experience with the kids and fondue is fun but this place is a hard pass going forward.

Flew in to town to visit my family. We have loved going to the Melting Pot since we were kids. It did not disappoint and our waitress Kim Ann was amazing. She provided great service and was so personable. We felt like she was one of the family!!

We had a really nice evening at The Melting Pot. The service was great, and so was the food. It was our first time there, and it was a great experience. My husband and I went, and it was really nice just to relax and chat while dipping in the fondue pot. We both left there stuffed! We definitely would like to go back again sometime.

It was Labor Day so the restaurant was almost empty and very quiet. The waiter was very attentive but I think he forgot my birthday cake.
