The food and service were excellent. The vegetables were notably fresh and tasted like they came straight from the farm. Every dish was well-prepared and seasoned perfectly. The atmosphere was simple but cozy, making it a pleasant place to eat. We dined early to catch a movie afterwards, so there were only a few other diners in the restaurant. No real options other than the price fix menu were given. Food was ok but not great. The green beans served with the lamb were inedible. Wine was totally overpriced and they didn't even provide a bucket of ice to keep it cold. Service was not great and the back part of the restaurant and bathroom were dirty and unkept. Always a phenomenal tasting menu. the caviar tasting menu was a party on a teller.
We wanted to see a piece in the delaware theatre company that is a short walk away. they got us an amazing 5 courses in the time to come to the theater everything was delicious and inventive and beautiful presented!
We went for the Thursday burger night, I had one of the best burgers of my life! Highly recommend
