"6pm on a Friday. Two large cheesesteaks and a bag of chips cost nearly $40 now? Perhaps a fall from grace? Capriotti's used to be great, but this was subpar. I rarely write reviews, but this was so bad I felt compelled to jump on here. Their sandwiches used to be full and generous. But this time around we were literally able to close the bun, edge to edge, and enclose the skimpy portions of the sandwhich inside. This means, opening the roll, the meat clings to one side, perhaps maybe a teaspoon, no more than a tablespoon or so, in thickness. The bread was rubbery. The steak was dry. The flavor was bland. Honestly, this tasted like a P.O.S. cheesesteak you'd get premade in the frozen section of Acme, where you convert the box into a microwavable heating tray and hope for the best. For this cost, I am very disappointed in a place with such a (formerly) good reputation. In the photos below you'll see one with the sandwich open and the meat to one side. Back in the day, the large cheesesteak used to have its contents touch edge to edge. Now it's basically more bread than content. What a joke! Would be nice if they made good on this somehow."

"My friend brought me some super jumbos for Mother's Day yesterday and they were awesome. Haven't had crabs from here in a long time but if the quality is consistent as I had yesterday then 100% 5 stars! Thanks Tommy as he got them to my pipping hot as well! "NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO HOSPITALITY. I am currently still waiting for my salad since 11:18 because they did not have small shrimp available which is all I can eat (pescatarian) . While I am waiting , there is medium sized shrimp sitting here ready but will not add it to my order but rather have me leave paying full price for a partial order due to them not being ready or an additional $4.50 again due to them not being ready. I understand some times you can get off to a late start , however the customer should not be waiting until 11:53am because you were not ready to start the day . This is 100% an ownership and management issue not a staff issue. They don’t have the freedom to accommodate their customers when they are in the wrong. And apparently there will be no manager on staff until next week. Wonderful. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"After a nice dinner I was trying to order take home for my father in law, after couple minutes of order of trying to order I just told my waitress never mind. Then she actually had the nerve to ask me if I was mad.. of course I’m mad now. Then she wouldn’t come back to the table. I do want to point out although people are ordering individually the food comes in all at once and the food can be mixed up on same plates. this was my only gripe) until the end of dinner."
