The SnoBalls (snow-cones)? are always awesome. I knocked it off by one star and probably should have done 2 off bc we used the drive through our last time there and it couldn’t have been slower ! Haven 't been to a Pelican 's Snoballs in like 4 years. Was excited to know there was one here in Wilmington. They have an awesome variety of regular flavors and a handful of sugar free ones.
