The bubble tea itself is great and the atmosphere is fun so I keep coming back, but the service is so awful that I have to mentally prepare and almost meditate before each visit. They stand there gossiping about mutual friends while there's a long line, before they eventually saunter over. Service is hit or miss here. Had two ladies closing the shop. One gave a rude vibe. When I went to the restroom she came after me and said it was closed. She said you see this (wet floor sign), that means the bathroom is closed. First of all, I speak english. Second, that sign means caution, wet floor.
