What User doesn't like about Copper:
that was a total disappointment. we have enjoyed climbers for many years, but will not be back into the copper. the food was disappointing, the service was slow, the decor looks tired, and the love for the detail that became known to climbers was missing. for example, although the waiter traditional Austrian white heats wore, they were neither fresh nor ironed, and our lacked the traditional tie. overall, very sloppy... this was a novel experience with the booking by open table. we received a reminder of our confirmed reservation on the day before, and a traffic update shortly...

"My family's experience at Coelette was excellent...both food and service. We dined at Coelette during our visit to Jackson with a reservation on Sunday July 23 and everything was great.Appetizers included Bread Butter, Butterhead Salad, and Carrots. The Carrots were a positive surprise. All appetizers were excellent.Entrees included Sturgeon and Steak. All in agreement entrees were delicious. Hats off to the chef!Dessert tried the Pistachio Cake. Again excellent dessert.Drinks included sparkling wine and a specialty cocktail...all were good.Service...impeccable. Servers were attentive but not intrusive. Management checked with us a couple of times during our dinner."
