La Rancherita Grill Tequila - Wilson

We always eat here when we come to Wilson. You have the best salsa I've ever had (we buy extra to take home) and I enjoyed everything I've ever ordered. The service can be immaculate, but is good for most. Today I had the Birria Torta, lunch. I could only eat half, no fries, and I was full!

Great place! Food was great and the service top note. Definitely try some margaritas, they are fantastic here. Very recommended

This place is absolutely brilliant. Our server was fantastic and recommended this incredible drink to be honest I'm not quite sure what it is, but it's delicious and strong) got the guacamole with pineapples and the Fajitas, all of it excellent. Came in with a party of twelve to celebrate my neices birthday. The food and service was great. We expected to wait 50 minutes but ended up waiting less than 30 minutes. The only complaint is how slippery the floors are. I was terrified my mother would fall and get hurt. Overall everything else was great.

Salsa and chips were excellent, salsa is Pico de gallo style and fresh. Entrees were very good... better than the average sit down Mexican restaurant. The style was as close to authentic Mexican as you can get in NC. The floor is slippery... no kidding... be careful.
