My Wife and I recently ate at this Taco Bell located on Sharpsburg Pike. The manager Q was working the counter and was very helpful and polite to us. There was a piece of equipment back in the prep area that was emitting some smoke and the manager Q was very apologetic and had the situation resolved quickly.
