I was pleasantly surprised to find a Nicaraguan restaurant in wilton manors. I had to try! this fritanga differs from others as they cook their carne asada grilled steak when they order it. so they get this hot juicy steak fresh made instead of a dried piece meat sitting on a heating shelf for hours. they have naturally fried cheese, amazing gallo pinto, plantains and some other goodies also. the portions were great!...
