We rang and ordered a takeout and were told it would be 50 minutes and being a busy Saturday night weren't too concerned. An hour and a half later and several calls to the shop our food arrived. The beef in certain dishes was like shoe leather and the chicken dish brought tears to your eyes because it was overly hot.
