Went to soft play area today the grandkids had such a great time,we were well looked after by Olivia, very friendly and helpful,Matt the manager was very welcoming,there is a craft area which is brilliant for winding down the kids ,well stocked with lots of pens paper and things to glue ,all in all a fantastic place for the kids ,good for us great coffee , children entertained themselves View all feedback.

First time I'm leaving a negative review on TripAdvisor, but honestly the service yesterday was absolutely shocking and the food was terrible. Even my custard was cold with my pudding, the place wasn't busy and yet service was incredibly slow and inconsistent.
