Came here a few weeks ago for Lunch, polite staff clean shop. Menu was full of items to choose from the prices were fair. Ordered small chips small cod... I thought it was a mistake on their behalf as the portions looked to big but it was correct... Definitely value for money was piping hot tasted great read more.

Was the best in town... but had some really nasty chips last week, lots of tiny bits, dry hard and cold in seconds. Hoping it was a one off we tried again today. Complained about last week and asked for fresh this time (nicely) they gave us large portions and charged for regular.
