We came across this pub whilst staying in Minety over Xmas and we are so glad we did. The staff were so friendly, we were a family of 3 with a young child and he was made to feel very welcome. We ate here twice and it was good old honest food, really fresh and well priced. The locals were also really friendly, will definitely be back next time we are passing. View all feedback.

Had an evening meal here, the service was very good and the bar area was also nice with the log fire. However the meal was extremely disappointing. The menu was very sparse with about 4 items to choose from. I ordered a steak pie and mash, it was very bland and it was a very small portion with no vegetables, I had finished the meal in about 5 minutes.
