I ordered through door dash and the pretzels tasted old, they forgot one of dips I ordered and was charged for. They also overcharged me for the pretzels dogs. They couldn’t even bother to put the order in the right size bag when they know the order is through door dash... so you have pretzels hanging out in someone else’s car. Act like you care about your customers!! View all feedback.
Like this place. But it has to be just made fresh to be good. Kind of pricey for it being just dough, n dogs.
Fast service, the pretzels are very fresh, and they are made right in front of you. The employees were very friendly and helpful.
Older spanish woman who is assume is a manager is extremely unfriendly and rude..the young girl with long curly hair is very nice.
Food was ok, just took a lot longer to cook than they said.
Most of the time auntie anne's is fabulous. These pretzel bites were not even warm and the consistency seemed a bit stale
