I was disappointed to find that the basis for most of their sauces was mayonnaise. I expected the Alfredo and the Gorgonzola to contain cream. Their homemade house butter was margarine. The cheap ingredients showed in the food. Nothing tasted authentically Italian American and Italy was not even a far off ancestors. The waitstaff was very accommodating and service was quick. We were seated outside on the patio as requested then ignored for 15 minutes. I had to call the restaurant to get a server to respond. Food was very good...

Do not be deceived Carrabba’s does not take reservations! they have put them on a pre-selection list that is one. I made a reservation and when I was there I was behind a series of other people on the call-for-list. no open table nor carrabba is honest here.
Although we had an open table reservation, we couldn't sit because their computer was down. to prevent us from choosing 30 minutes on cash seats. we were met by a warm server that was pleasant and eager to please. drinks were good: a cocktail and a glass of wine. mamas chicken soup was hit like the Caesar salad. the chicken bryan was good as my pollo pink. there would have eaten more if there was a hair in my first bite. I can handle it, my wife is not so much. the manager has been informed more by a pre-warning. I was entrusted with the escape. Remember, it's carrabbas, in which really good tasting eat too reasonable praises.
