What User doesn't like about Everest:
We stayed overnight at Towne Suites Winchester and found Everest on Happy Cow. We could practically walk from the hotel. We have from Dal tadka, saag aloo, bhindi masala, onion kulcha and garlic naan. Everything was delicious and lightly spicy hot (we asked medium heat, so it strikes if you want hot). We have definitely overvalued since every dish was a full pint and the Naan was huge. The only complaint about the fo... View all feedback.
One of the best India restaurants in town. Don’t be fooled by the fact that this restaurant is located in a strip mall. The food here is absolutely delicious and it’s not too expensive when compared to other competitors. Their BBQ plater is great and gives you a variety of roasted meet options in one dish. The cashew lamb curry is also very good. Service is great. The server was very helpful and offered free snacks when the food was taking a while to be cooked.
We have ordered here four times and every time tried a different dish. Every time it’s been amazing! I’m not sure why the place isn’t packed. The staff, Bhutan especially, was super friendly and double checked our order when we had take out. Recommend to everyone!
Our food was very tasty and the service was prompt. Our server was very attentive and was around whenever we needed something. Food was as delicious as it could get, not very spicy and not too mild, just the right balance of salt, spices and perfectly cooked. The restaurant decorations is also worth mentioning. Lots of pics from Nepal and just a good atmosphere to enjoy a tasty dinner.
Spent a week in Winchester; was in search for wet hi Vic and different cuisine rather then American. Stumbled over Everest; and I’m happy I did. So I’m no stranger to Indian Cusine. I’ve traveled the world and are at many eatery’s. Everest brings the authentic and real flavors of India to the table. Not only was the food perfect; the plating was unique to India and the service was hands down . For Winchester Virginia, this is a top tier Restaurant.
I picked up from them. On their website I couldn‘t see which meals were vegan, but I had seen the menu on Google Maps where the vegan ones were specified. Maybe ask about it (it might also be different in the restaurant). The chana masala was really good and the staff very friendly.
