I've had the pleasure of meeting the co-owner, Michelle at the Farm Brewery one weekend. I was excited for the Texas style brisket (wet/moist/point), and it didn't disappoint! Nothing beats Texas brisket, and I'm so glad they do it right. The seasoning was on point! The chili and corn pudding was amazing as well, and the Sweoke beans were also very sweet and savory. This food truck came to our complex and the food was awful. The brisket was extremely salty. The pulled pork had no taste to it. The mac n cheese had barely any taste to it and I would compare it to Kraft mac n cheese. Overall, I don't recommend this place. View all feedback.
