This was by far the worst experience I have had at starbucks. I am no negative nancy and always give the benefit of the doubt but these people were just plain incompetent and rude. My drink was overflowed and spilled everywhere while they capped it and they didn’t bother to clean it up, gave it to me like that with it dripping everywhere.
