"We went for lunch and enjoyed it immensely. Atmosphere was great, food was awesome and the service was perfect. We shared the chicken skins with Fresno sauce app which was great. My wife enjoyed the fish and chips entree and I had the steak frites. Everything was prepared and presented perfectly. My wife enjoyed a cocktail called Love Spell and I had a Classic City lager. Our server, Madison, was top notch! Always attentive yet not overly present. She knew the menu thoroughly answering all our questions as first timers and was able to make thoughtful recommendations. She was a delight. She brought my wife a complimentary crème brûlée for a birthday dessert. We couldn 't have been more pleased with our experience there. "Chick-fil-A never fails. I went to the ride thru last week and a new person was training on the drive thru register. The waiting period was much longer than normal. When I reached the pick-up window, the manager was there and apologized and gave a discount on the order. Not the standard 10% discount that most places give for inconvenience, but a 50% discount. So treat your customers when you know that the service was not best. Kill the competition with the absolutely best customer service I have ever received. If you discover that your order is wrong, if you can get home you can shop and they will make it right."
