What User likes about Balanced:
I’d give this 5 stars if only the cappuccino was hot. It was lukewarm at best. Maybe the machine needs to be serviced? For me , lukewarm espresso drinks with milk do not agree with me. I just popped it in the fridge and drank it cold the next day. Coffee was great! I had their spicy avocado toast, which was excellent. I found the service to be super friendly and the dog was a nice treat very playful. Will be back read more.

What User doesn't like about Balanced:
Got a sandwich and the bagel was molded. Came back another time to give it a second chance and my smoothie tasted like another item on the menu. They need to clean their equipment read more.
