Panda Express - Windsor

What Joann Maxwell likes about Panda Express:
Stopped at Panda Express in Windsor on our way home from Santa Rosa. Food is always fresh lots of it. Staff is efficient..not really friendly.Parking: Very small parking lot in front of Panda Express..it's a shared parking with a couple other restraunts.. View all feedback.

What Rodney Jansen doesn't like about Panda Express:
My wife and I went into this resturant at 4:45 in 4-17-2024. We were back of the line of a line of 3 people ahead of us. After about 5 minutes of waiting with no movement in the line it became painfully clear that the people behind the counter were giving priority to call in orders. We finally walked out after waiting 10 minutes in line with only one person of the three in front of us that was starting to be served.... View all feedback.
