"Great bbq! We had the pulled pork and turkey breast. The BBQ sauce was great, just the right amount of sweet and heat. The sides were great. We had sweet mashed and mac and cheese. It was a heaping portion of meat and sides. The bear balls were amazing! You get three deep fried cornbread balls stuffed with pulled pork and mac and cheese, topped with bacon and cheese sauce."

"First time trying this restaurant. I wanted chicken soup on this cold night, but something more flavorful than Campbell’s. I should’ve stuck with the canned soup. Chicken pho was bland and flavorless. After pouring the broth over the noodles, I noticed a long dark hair in the broth bowl. I know it won’t kill me, but it’s not a good look for my first time trying the place. I also ordered fried spring rolls and they were bland too. Even the dipping sauce was just meh. Super disappointing. 2 stars for the spring rolls alone."

"The decor of the restaurant was beautiful. The staff was friendly, attentive and always had a smile. The whole staff came out to sing Happy Birthday to my mother and had her wear a sombrero while they sang. I cannot say enough about the food it was delicious, reasonably priced for the size of the portions. Definitely worth the drive from Uncasville to West Hartford, will be going back."
