Been here a few times and it’s 50/50 if I get the right thing which I honestly am not that upset about. Came tonight while they’re open and stood here for 10 minutes with no one ever coming to the front. Once I left, then I saw two teenagers come up to the front so that’s lovely. The Windsorhöhe DQ is the cleanest, the staff are extremely friendly and all their products are very tasty. I would recommend this Dairy Queen to everyone.
First time here service was fast and speedy on top of that they were super busy we will def come back
I ordered three Blizzards, and all three looked like soup! One of the staff members didn’t smile and acted as if I were a bother. The only saving grace was the girl who took my order; she was friendly.

This establishment has consistently been out of chocolate ice cream for the past two months, and I'm not sure if it's due to a broken machine or something else. There are no lights outside, making the place look closed, except for a single open sign in the window. My husband and I ordered the Brownie and Oreo Cupfection, which turned out to be just a few tablespoons of icy ice cream, heavily sprinkled with Oreo pieces. The brownie was so hard and stale that we couldn't even eat it. Additionally, they ran out of both the marshmallow topping and the chocolate syrup. This was our second visit to this location, and we won’t be returning.
