The staff are so polite! I was genuinely surprised at how clean the washroom was.

A&W used to be my go to spot to get fresh amazing tasting burgers. Ever since these new toronto Indian owners took over the fast food industry in windsor. they use their everyday actions on themselves. (which is being cheap and dirty) towards these restaurants. the food in windsor on all aspect has gone down because of these penny pinching fools. the burgers taste stale. their customer service is garbagei will make sure to review every bad business in windsor. to teach them a valuable lesson.
Just atrocious customer service. I'm standing in line being ignored by the staff while they talk in a head set. I don't know what kind of order of operations is needed to get waited on but I obviously don't need to eat where I'm clearly not wanted.
The food is as expected, but I guess it's with the times because it was almost $20 for 1 person
