Good Breakfast ,service can be spot on or not depending on how busy they are that time of day. Have not tried the diner there but did do lunch ,the food was equally as good ,The restaurant is family friendly View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Deb's Diner:
If you want to chance this restaurant, get ready for an "entitlement factor" from owner and servers. While the food is OK for diner cuisine, the attitude of the staff is deplorable. Don't try ordering ahead or asking for anything, it is a "get in,...More View all feedback.

I really like Deb's Diner because it's a traditional diner and you generally don't see these places much anymore. they are disappearing and that's unfortunately, but people still love this place and keep coming back for a great breakfast and friendly service a a good and fair price. Definitely one of the best places in Windsor!
Stopped here for lunch after visiting the antique store next door. The place is a little old looking but the food is great and the service was good. We had a special treat as there was entertainment, a guitarist playing jazz music. We could have stayed and listened to him all day. Worth a visit but don't expect a lot on the décor end.
We went there this morning, our first time, and wanted to try it out. It didn't appear busy and we walked through the front door and sat down at a booth. There were 2 other tables with 2 customers at each. There was 1 table across from us with approx. 8 people seated. The waitress attended our table, an older, short woman. We were greeted with "Obviously you didn't see my sign to wait to be seated" and shocked, we replied "sorry we didn't even see it," to which she scolded us with "well if you did, you would have waited and I would have shown you this (pointing to the 8) table who have been waiting and haven't even ordered yet." in other words we were asked to leave lol. Needless to say, we thanked her and left. Yes, we did end up seeing "her sign" tucked into the corner next to the door ... Our first, and last time, going there.
