Pho Maxim - Windsor

This was my first time having Pho. I think it was the best thing i have ever tasted, depth of flavour was so good. Friendly, very nice staff. All my other dishes were very good as well, I will definitely be a regular customer.

Always friendly at this place. Food is always fresh and a fair price. Me and the wife enjoy the vermicelli bowls. The summer rolls are also very good! Whenever we are hungry and near downtown this is a top pick for us.

Was in town on business and looking for something for dinner. I went for a walk and happened by this place. Inside is pretty big and very clean. Bathrooms are clean too !!! which is super rare these days. The owners (I think) were so very nice and welcoming. They checked in on me a few times. I could tell they took pride in the food being served. I had veg spring rolls which were pretty basic. Nothing special. But the Curry???? maybe the best curry I have had in an asian restaurant. Super fresh veg and just the right amount of spice. Prices are great and service was fast. Give this place a try. You will not regret it.

I was treated very well by the owners, who also did great accommodating my dietary restrictions. They were genuinely interested in making sure that I enjoyed the meal and were very hospitable to my girlfriend and I. More, the food was good, the portion sizes were large, and the prices were low.

Picked up take-out a few times. Always very good and very fresh. Excellent flavour of pho broth and have tried a few different ones. Great value as well.
