Called with 10 min before close... I did want to order while they were just about to walk oh the door... The said why'd make they order and totally made my nigbt.... Quality drinks.. Quality staff... I don't like their prices and service! It was a terrible experience at this point this day. I stayed by with so much excitement for a fruit tea only with a tragic experience. Staff don't know how to prepare a drink that can actually be drinkable! They prepared the drink in a SPLIT-CUP with SO MUCH ICE! I love presotea the vibes are so fun and there’s lots of places to study and hangout w friends!
What they do, they do well! Great selection of bubble tea and various dessert drinks. All of their mango based drinks are delicious. They have a line of brown sugar milk teas which are absolutely delicious, they have complex flavour profiles and nothing that tastes artificial. The turn around time on orders is very fast. You can skip the line by ordering though the app. Good vibes.
This is by far the worst store I've been to the customer service is absolutely garbage and they make you hate the atmosphereNot to mention I once completed about my order and got attacked by a woman from the back for no reason at all other than I complainedI was advised to press charges but didn't see it necessary
