Our party of six decided to get together at Sandy's on Saturday night. When we arrived we notice that the restaurant is nicely decorated and very clean. Our server, Christie MF Lee, was very friendly and attentive and also had a great sense of humour. We ordered a variety of meals, including the perch dinner, crispy chicken wrap, ribs and wings. The dinners were presented nicely and very delicious. The fries were very good as well. The prices were average. The restaurant was steady but not overly busy. We arrived around dinner hour and spent the evening talking, laughing, eating and drinking. We were not rushed out when we were done eating. The restroom was very clean. The speaker was above where we were sitting and the volume on the music was a comfortable level allowing us to hear our conversation. We had a great evening and are looking forward to returning.

We arrived on bicycles and although the only place to lock them up was a light standard we went in for a late dinner. The place looked a little dismal from the outside but yet inside it was CLEAN and COZY. We each ordered a different salad. The food came quickly and was exceptionally delicious. What a treat. Good service, great food.

Feels like you are at someone's house sitting around the bar eating, drinking and socializing. Good food and service, a lot of TV's for a variety of sports to watch.

Sandy's was one of our favourite spots a few years ago. Last year we had a bad experience there and we stopped going there. However last weekend we thought we'd try Sandy's again because we had enjoyed it so much in the past. My wife, my daughter and I went for dinner at around 7:00 Sundat night. Disappointed doesn't adequately describe how our experience was. The server(who is also the bartender) did his best but since he was the only server it was difficult to flag him down or get his attention. The food took so long we considered leaving several times. When the food finally did arrive my wife and daughter commented that the perch was good but not as good as it used to be, and my ribs were below average. I would not recommend Sandy's to anyone, not a good experience by any standard.
