Ok, I do like my Brisket and this was probable the best I had in StL. Too bad they don't off a Brisket plate as it was offered as a Sandwich on a cheap burger bun. The sides I had, hashbrown casserole and Mac n Cheese was also excellent, with the Mac n Cheese being the best I had in StL as well. read more.

Great People, I just wish he would get back to the basic's he really let the BBQ down hill so he can make pies and other things. Rib Tips were all fat, Hamburger was mostly brisket fat. He started with so much passion. read more.
