I started going to China royal when it first opened. for a long time everything we had eaten there was wonderful and we had a lot of eating there. but recently the quality of food has changed. Even the crab-rangoon, which once was tender and crisp, is now hard. We order from here a lot. Everything is decent and the food is fresh and hot. The restaurant feels like a strip mall food court and so we don't dine in ever.
Lo Mein is my favorite. They claim to have it and sell it, but sorry, angel hair pasta/spaghetti noodles does not equal Lo Mein noodles.
