"Pizza was good, nachos even better. Service was excellent and prices were moderate. They were open late when it seemed every other place was closed. Servers were friendly and efficient."

"Awesome experience with the staff and the food was so creative, fresh and delicious! Loved everything about our first of many visits to this fabulous place. The toppings on the hot dogs change weekly and my mouth waters every time I think of the BEST one I've ever had.....at The Ship Plough! You just gotta eat here!!"

"Annual pilgrimage to Pizza Place while out for for the Gimli 10 miler. Still among the best pizza anywhere. Excellent ingredients and generous portions. Original pizza oven is far superior in comparison to the conveyor belt toaster oven styles you'll find at Winnipeg take out locations. Great staff and funny owner always make you feel welcome. Keep the tradition going Jim!"

"3 stars for the fried pickerel fillet, coleslaw and ice cream. You just have to be patient coz I've waited 20-25 minutes before I got my order. If you can see the photo of my order, I paid $18.75 for 2 scoops of mash potato, 2oz of coleslaw 2 fillets of pickerel, tiny piece of brown bread, not including drinks and ice cream."
