"Guys, the vibes in here are soo good! Probably one of the chicest breweries I?ve ever been to. Nicest staff and something on the beer menu for everyone. Every guest heading to the patio stopped and admired the interior. Loved that there?s music out on the patio as well. Fabulous playlist! "If you 're looking for great ice cream in Winnipeg, Doug and Betty 's is your spot. If you 're looking for delicious vegan ice cream in Winnipeg, Doug and Betty 's isn 't not your spot, but you 're gonna be limited. When I went, there was no vegan chocolate ice cream option. But there was a vegan cookie dough soy dark chocolate caramel that was pretty good. All their options are clearly labelled as gluten-free, vegan, and/or dairy-free. There 's lots of space outdoors to enjoy ice cream on a hot summer 's day. UPDATE: They have expanded their vegan ice cream options! When I last went they had 10 vegan ice cream and sorbet flavours. If you 're going for a meal, the vegan options are more limited. There 's a clearly labelled vegan hot dog and they had a vegan soup on rotation, but nothing else was labelled as vegan. (There was a rice bowl that listed no animal-product ingredients, but I didn 't ask if it was actually vegan and the menu didn 't say either way. Updated from previous review on 2020-09-02"

"I think both the dairy and non-dairy flavours were great! Really flavourful and yummy. One of the non-dairy flavours had a different texture, not sure why.My one issue is that they are a bit stingy with the scoops for the prices."

"I visited the Pembina location in August with a friend who is blind and a friend who is in a wheelchair. None of us have ever been there so didn’t know what to expect. They were extremely helpful and explained the menu to us. They brought us our food quickly, asked us numerous times if we needed help or any more food or drinks. The food was delicious as well!!!! I would definitely return. I was super impressed with their service and attention and help! Plus they were super friendly and happy!"

"Finally a great pizza place in st james. first the thin crust is great. the soße is also gd. I would suggest if they can do x soße as it is easy on normal pizza. the toppings were gd, but little on the light side. Cheese was also great. the price was at the top. overall this is the best pizza in st. james area. 4.5 out of 5."
