Really great ice cream shop here. Staff are super friendly and the ice cream tastes great!Dan, the owner, hosted an ice cream event that my wife and I went to, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. (Context: The Forks is encouraging some businesses to participate in hosting Workshop Wednesdays events throughout the year, and they took a run at it, which went really well). View all feedback.
What Habibur Rahman A doesn't like about Neon Cone:
Closing time is 10pm, but they kept the soft ice cream machine off after 9 itself. This is happening for the 3rd time for me. This is purely due to the laziness of the people working here. Much Disappointed. Worst service. Expecting management to take necessary actions and provide supplies till closing time. View all feedback.
