I had a nice experience with Trinity this evening after a man was causing a scene and being extremely rude. Trinity did a great job and handled the situation well, despite him being rude and aggressive for no logical reason. The caramel apple I was recommended and purchased afterward was delicious! I am not one to complain but the customer service we received today was absolutely horrendous. There were two workers one of them was upset that we had already been helped and told us “fine then” and walked off.
