I recently stopped at this restaurant while traveling from Atlanta and ordered an Italian BMT. Alexus and Austin provided exceptional service with their friendly and positive attitudes. They truly went above and beyond, and I believe they deserve a raise. I will absolutely be returning to this establishment if I find myself in the area again. Thank you for the outstanding service! What User doesn't like about Subway:
Last Sunday, I discovered that the Winona website was closed. Unfortunately, I couldn't order online or take advantage of any discounts. My father was really looking forward to his Sunday sandwich, so I had to go through the inconvenience of placing a phone order, missing out on a discount, and having to go inside to pay for our meal. Every time we come here they are out of something. The bread is stale, meatballs burnt. Didn’t even try. Young kids run this place and it shows. Terrible
I hate to even give them 1 star. First the bread was hard as a rock and I did have it toasted but this was beyond that hard and it was cold. The girl behind the counter was nice. I took 1 bite and that was it. My boyfriends wasn't any better. $17 done the drain.
My family stayed here for lunch during our trip and could not have had a better experience! gigi was really a joy. she welcomed each of us and made us welcome. we were shocked to learn, it was only her 5th day on the job! the best customer service we've ever experienced on a subway!
